Summary
Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition Allied Clinical and Support Services the Recruiter will be responsible for owning and managing the ongoing recruitment and selection of qualified talent for open positions within IT Finance and Accounting. The Recruiter will partner with leadership of assigned areas to develop creative and proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies to identify top talent for current and future openings. They will cultivate professional partnerships with educational institutions/programs relevant to recruitment areas to educate and engage students/graduates in Lifespan opportunities.
Responsibilities
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of technical recruiting experience preferred especially within IT Accounting and Finance.
1 or more years of recruiting experience required.
Clear sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
Proven track record of success recruiting for IT Accounting and Finance positions.
Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills.
Position Type:
Recruiter will be required to be onsite (Providence RI) for initial training intermittent team training and events hiring events etc. as needed.
