Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Pricing Analyst to join our Finance Department.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies for commercial products and services to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure pricing strategies meet their expectations.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitor pricing strategies, and industry benchmarks.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to develop and recommend effective pricing strategies.

Profitability Optimization:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize pricing models to enhance the profitability of the bank's products and services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies.
  • Utilize key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of pricing decisions.

Recommendations and Adjustments:

  • Make informed recommendations for adjustments to pricing strategies based on performance analysis and changes in market dynamics.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement approved adjustments.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate complex pricing strategies to stakeholders, providing insights and justifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.in a similar role or a
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market trends impacting commercial pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align pricing strategies with business objectives.
