Job Description
Job Summary:
SEA CORP has an opening for an Administrative Manager to provide program support for a Team Trainer Program, based in Newport, RI.  The successful candidate will work with a team and under general supervision, and support day-to-day tasking including but not limited to administrative tasks, logistics, conference planning, data processing, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, and telecommunications management. This position will involve frequent interaction with customers and project management. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, questions, or requests, identify the needs of the tasks at hand, and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also possess organizational skills and have the ability to take task ownership.

Skills and Experience
Associate’s Degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
U.S. Citizenship and current DOD Secret clearance are required.
