Job Summary:
SEA CORP has immediate full-time openings for entry-level to intermediate Computer Systems Analyst positions, based out of Middletown, RI. This role will work closely with a supervisor on assigned tasking and involve collaboration and interaction with colleagues. This position will require hardware setup, documentation preparation verification. Candidate must have computer system problem solving abilities, organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. This position will have normal business hours and does not require any travel at this time.
Education and Experience:
An Associate’s Degree, or equivalent, is required for this position, as well as one or more years of experience. Advanced technical training curricula packages provided to former military personnel will be considered the equivalent of a technical diploma (e.g., Navy Technical Training “A” or “B” School) or Associate’s degree (e.g., Naval Advanced Training “C” School) in the technical field of expertise. A High School Diploma (or GED) or Technical School Diploma (or equivalent (see Note (1)) plus 10 years of specifically-related experience is considered the equivalent of an Associate’s Degree.
The ideal candidate for this position will have OS, RHEL, and Windows-10 experience. Experience with Solaris not required, but is preferred. Additional preferred experienced includes hardware technical experience; building computers, swapping failed parts and troubleshooting hardware codes, mounting in racks.
U.S. citizenship and current DOD Secret clearance are required.
