Job Description
Job Summary:
SEA CORP has an opening for a Program Manager Support position based in Newport, RI. This position will provide support to the Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TWCS) to include US and FMS TWCS as defined by the Technical Program Manager (TPM) and IPT Project Leads. The Program Manager Support will maintain and develop Project Schedules and Technical Milestones to include (but not limited to) IPTs, Engineering and Development, Integration, Test and Evaluation, System Engineering, Software Development, Logistics and Fleet Support, FMS TWCS, an d Program Management. This position will develop and maintain the Program and Project Spend plans for all IPTs including FMS TWCS and also support all program data calls required by the program sponsor including task, programmatic and financial reviews (PMR/IFR), preparing and defending task proposals and cost estimates, supporting negotiations with PEO (U&W) sponsors as required. The Program Manager Support will also provide Program Monthly Accomplishments, Major Requirements, Budget Defense Slides, WCS In-Service Budget Workbook, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) for all IPTs as required by the Program Sponsor. This position will work closely with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and procedures as well as design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of reports. This position will also provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft Project or other resourcing tools mandated by the program sponsor.

Skills and Experience
Candidates for this position must be able to prepare and review project operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy efficiency as well as be able to conduct research and prepare statistical reports. The candidate must be comfortable with defining the nature and extent of problems by gathering and organizing information on problems or procedures and report all findings and recommendations to the customer.  Ideal candidates will be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance in order to implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical Field and a minimum of 7 years of experience.

U.S. Citizenship and current DOD Secret clearance are required.
