Job Description
Job Summary:

SEA CORP has two openings for Control Systems Software Developers in Middletown, RI. Selected candidates will work as part of a software development team participating in concept development, prototyping and production software development. This position is responsible for all phases of software development, including but not limited to: the definition of new or improvement concepts, development of software architecture design and component documentation, as well as coding, unit test, and software integration.

This role will require creative thinking and problem solving abilities, as well as the ability to analyze data.  Collaboration with team members and interaction with customers makes strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills preferred.
 
Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 1 year technical experience. Non-Computer Science majors should have concentrations in computer science or extensive programming work history.
 
Candidates should have a solid C++ programming background. Experience with MySQL, GPBs and AMQP technologies are a plus. Previous knowledge of AN/BYG-1 tactical and/or weapon control system is highly desirable.

U.S. citizenship and current DOD Secret clearance are required.
